INDEPENDENT RENT A CAR is a family business established in 1979 with 6 cars by Frank and Morna Lykopantis.

Today we have a fleet of 80 cars and mini busses, managed by the next generation and with the guidance from Frank Lykopantis and a team of employee’s.

We are situated in Kallithea, opposite Paradise hotel only 5 kilometres from the centre of Rhodes town. Most of our customers are families, business people, and guests who attend conferences, who come year after year from all around the world, all happy with our excellent service, our reliable, safe, clean cars and for the full insurance that is provided.

Our company has also been recommended by many tour operators and guide books.

Renting a car from us, customers are INDEPENDENT, not having to rely on public transport, giving the opportunity for the visitors to explore the beauties of the island, the archeological sites, villages, monastries and learning more about the heritage and the culture of the local community.
